The website www.a-kairouz.fr collects two types of data:
a) Anonymous browsing data, via Google Analytics 4:
- Pages visited and duration of visits
- Device type (mobile, desktop, tablet)
- Country of connection
- Anonymized IP address (last three digits masked)
- No directly identifying information (name, email, phone) is collected this way
b) Data voluntarily provided, when contacting us by email, phone or WhatsApp:
- First and last name (if provided)
- Email and/or phone number
- Content of your message or appointment request
3. Processing purposes
Your data is processed only for the following purposes:
- Measure website audience and improve content (anonymous statistics)
- Respond to your contact requests and appointment bookings
- Track services provided (invoicing, client history)
- Comply with legal obligations (retention of commercial exchanges, accounting)
4. Legal basis
- Anonymous audience statistics: legitimate interest of the publisher (article 6.1.f of the GDPR). You may opt out via the cookie banner at the bottom of the page
- Contact requests: pre-contractual measure taken at your request (article 6.1.b of the GDPR)
- Service tracking: performance of a service contract (article 6.1.b of the GDPR)
- Accounting and tax obligations: compliance with a legal obligation (article 6.1.c of the GDPR)
5. Retention period
- Browsing data: maximum 14 months (Google Analytics 4 setting)
- Unconverted contact requests: 3 years after the last exchange
- Contractual data (invoices, receipts): 10 years, in accordance with accounting obligations (article L123-22 of the French Commercial Code)
6. Data recipients
Your data is never sold, leased or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
It may be transmitted to the following technical subprocessors, strictly within the scope of their missions:
- Google Ireland Limited (hosting anonymous Google Analytics statistics, compliant with standard contractual clauses post-Schrems II)
- Hostinger International Ltd. (website hosting)
- Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (if you contact us via Instagram or Facebook)
- WhatsApp Ireland Limited (if you contact us via WhatsApp)
7. Cookies and trackers
The website www.a-kairouz.fr uses cookies only for anonymous audience measurement (Google Analytics 4). No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are placed.
Upon arrival on the website, a consent banner allows you to:

- Refuse cookies (no statistics will then be collected)
